FACIT (“FACIT” or “we” or “us”) is committed to maintaining the privacy of those who provide Personal Information to us. With that in mind, we have adopted the following policies and procedures to safeguard the personal information of those who provide Personal Information to us (individually and collectively, “you” and “your”) to ensure your privacy is maintained.

Collection and Use
Information collected through the Site mainly fall into two categories: Aggregate Information and Personal Information.

Employment
The Site invites interested individuals to submit an application for current job postings with FACIT. Therefore you may provide us with your contact information, and any questions or comments you have about the job posting, as well as Personal Information set out in your resume, including your educational and employment history. We use this information to review your application and suitability for current employment opportunities at FACIT, as well as to contact you with respect to employment opportunities. You may also provide us with additional Personal Information by sending us Communications as part of the job application process. FACIT only retains an individual’s application and associated information provided until the employment position is filled.
Once an individual is employed by FACIT, we collect such individuals’ Personal Information to manage the employment relationship, which can include but is not limited to contact information, identification information, educational data, pension and benefits information, emergency contact information, medical, health and safety information, performance information, and other information as required or permitted by law. FACIT uses this information for various purposes relating to the establishment and management of employment, including but not limited to the administration of payroll and employee benefit programs, communication, performance evaluation and discipline, training and promotion, and other purposes as required or permitted by law.
Disclosure
FACIT will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties other than when FACIT is required to:
- respond to valid demands or requests from government authorities, courts or law enforcement;
- comply with legal processes;
- enforce this Privacy Policy;
- respond to claims that any information you provide violates the rights of third parties;
